Sunset Stroll

Last week I spent the most perfect evening in my favourite seaside town,
Whitstable with Jonathan.
I am extremely lucky to only live half an hour away to this gorgeous little town and would so love to live there one day.
We took a spontaneous trip late after work the other night down to the sea for a fish 'n' chip supper.
A chance to kick back, relax and have a drink overlooking the sea.
Luckily enough I came straight from presenting my sewing show on the shopping channel that day so I was all dressed up to hit to seashore.

Dress- Vintage
Shoes- Dorothy Perkins
Belt-Camden Market
Strawberry Pin- Cath Kidston
Heart Lolita Sunglasses- Topshop
It really was the most romantic evening overlooking the shore, watching the sunset, sipping on a fruit cider and chowing down on fish'n'chips with my favourite person in the world.
(I'm getting gushy on you!)

  1. Awww you look so darling! I love that little strawberry pin, and those sunglasses are adorable. Now I want fish 'n chips, and that beach is beautiful! Looks like you had a lovely night with your man. :)

  2. Seaside towns are the best. I live on the shoreline, and I love it! I love visiting all the little beach towns along the coast. I love when they get super into and everything's all nautical-themed.
I love your dress, by the way! A great vintage find. :)

  3. cute! your outfit was perfect for a seaside trip :-)

  4. What a beautiful dress :) You're so lucky, I live 10 hours away from the nearest seaside and ours is nowhere near as beautiful as the one in your pictures :( Seems like you had a wonderful time!

    Lots of love,

  5. That's so strange! Me and Mike were there last week as well haha! x

  6. I was about to comment how wonderful you look and how adorable is your dress and how amazing it is to spend such a lovely night with your man but then I saw the picture of the sunset and my jaw literally dropped. How beautiful!

  7. Could you be any more GORGEOUS??? I LOVE your updo so much and that darling dress with that brooch! Ahhh! These photos are perfect and I am very jealous of your cider and fish and chips dinner. When I was younger I lived in London and every time I went to Brighton I ate fish and chips on the beach. I think eating it on the beach makes it taste even better!

  8. You look adorable in your vintage dress! :)
    I follow back on GFC.
